Okey guys, so you already know how to make oat yoghurt (last post), so now I will give you recipe for really good and healthy smoothie that I’ve invented yesterday.

All you need is:
🔸1 or 2 frozen bananas. 🔸1 handful of freezed celery 🔸cardamon, cinamon, ginger, curcuma, black pepper🔸1 tbs of pnut butter🔸1tbs of flax seeds 🔸1 glass of soy milk 🔸1/2 cup of oat yoghurt🔸1/2 cup of oat yoghurt
I hated the taste of celery, till that day when I came up with an idea to add it to pnut butter, banana smoothie! I am genious. . . .
