Mermaid 🌊 smoothie bowl recipe

You will need:
🔹1 or 2 frozen bananas
🔹1 handful of kale
🔹1/2 cup of blueberries
🔹vanilla soy/ rice milk
🔹3 dried plums
🔹1/2 cup of soaked oat

Mix it all together, add favourite toppings and enjoy!

Perfect to eat after mermaind pose 😉
