recipe for 6 muffins
Hi guys, today I have for you super easy and super yummy recipe.
All you need is:
🔸6 eggs
🔸1 pepper
🔸1 carrot
🔸1 cup of chopped asparagus
🔸5 mushrooms peeled and chopped
🔸Favourite spices (I recomend provencal herbs, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, tumeric)
🔸2 tbs of nutritional yeast (for cheesy flavour)
🔸1/2 cup of chickpea flour
🔸1/2 cup of olives/ sundried tomatoes

Chop all the vegetables and put into the forms
Mix eggs, flour and spices with a hand blender and pour the mixture into forms
Bake in 180°C for about 25 minutes.
And enjoy as a quick snack or additive to lunch!
