~ MILLET~

Vegan and gluten free brakfast!Super simple, but super yummy.

As my name acount says by its own I love millet. I come frome Poland, So as millet is a thing, that in my family we had been eating almost everyday for breakfast since I remember. To be honest as a child I hated this meal. My mum prepared it with a bunch of seeds and dried fruits and natura yoghurt. It was very healthy of course, but it wasn’t even sweet and I was jelous that my friends eat toasts or cereal every morning. Thankful I started being more and more intrested with cooking and I started experimenting. I found out a bunch of ways how to make boring millet the best breakie ever. This is one of my ideas. . .

~BASIC HOW TO COOK MILLET RECIPE~

*for 2 portions

Soak 0,5 cup of millet over night. Next day morning pour out water and add 1 cup of new water and start boiling on a medium heat for about 15 minutes, but be on alert not to burn it. When the millet is ready add 1 tbs of flaxseeds and couple of chopped dates .

~CHOCOLATE MILLET~

Additives to 1 portion: ๐Ÿ”…1/2 mashed banana ๐Ÿ”…1 tbs of dark cocoa ๐Ÿ”…cardamon, cinamon ๐Ÿ”…1/2 cup coconut milk ๐Ÿ”…1 piece of dark chocolate ๐Ÿ”… Favourite berries ๐Ÿ”…Favourite nuts and desiccated coconut roasted Add it all to your millet and enjoy!
