So today I have for you my favourite recipe for healthy dessert. It was hard to choose, but I love chocolate, so I think that I’ve chose right.
Super healthy, super yummy, full of protein and my friends (who are not any healthy freaks couldnt belive that there are any veggies in it, cause its sooo goood!
I know that there is a lot of similar recipies online, but this one I’ve invented by myself.

All you need is:
▪️4tbs of cocoa or carob
▪️1 banana
▪️1 cooked beetroot ▪️1 can of black been,
but can be lentils as well
▪️1 cup of coconut flour
▪️4 tbs of tahini
▪️2 eggs (but if you are vegan,
without them will work as well)
▪️1/2 bar of dark chocolate
▪️1 orange
grided peel from one orange
▪️1 ts of baking soda
▪️1/2 cup of soaked dates
for minimum an hour
▪️handful of cramberries
▪️cinamon, cardamon and nutmeg ▪️rasberries
Mix all ingredients together (without rasberries) with hand blender
Pour the mixture into baking form
Put rasberries and favourite nuts on top
Bake for 40 minutes in 180°C.
Enjoy with a company of yoghurt and more rasberries!
