~YUMMY BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE~

to improve your eyesight and humor 🙂 I always make it intuitively so the ingredients almost always change… But I always give you the recipe for the version, which tasted the best for me 😋

As I remember my begginings in cooking I always have been improvising in the kitchen. Sometimes because I hadn’t all the ingredients or sometimes cause I was just curious how this will work out. The efects were once better and once worster. But with time I think that I found some kind of my intuition for cooking. What tastes good with what, how much is enough, what tastes bad together etc. So don’t hold yourself back and experiment!

All you need is:

❇️1/2 cup of frozen blueberries ❇️1 fresh/ frozen banana ❇️cinamon, cardamon ❇️1 cup of vanilla soy milk or other plant-based milk and vanilla protein power ❇️ 3 dried plumps ❇️1 tbs of flax seeds or chia seeds ❇️handful of spinach ❇️1/2 avocado ❇️ 1/2 cup of soaked oats .

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy as a smoothie throw reusable straw or as a smoothie bowl * I bought my reusable straw yesterday so now I can be real zero waste blogger, haha
