Listen to your body.

Hi guys! I Just wanted to quickly remind you that you always should listen to your body when it comes to eating. We are so much inluenced by all of  this fit/healthy lifestyle gurus, who tell us how to eat,  when to eat, how much to eat, that we actually forget about is the point of doing it all, which is just feeling good. But there is no one food/exercise plan that suit everyone.

Our bodies, preferences are unique. Even if you will be eating/exercising just like a model, amazing looking insta-girl, you will never look like her. Sad but true, I know. But the good thing is that we can stop using instagram as something to copare to and start using it as an insiration/motivation to treat yourself better.

Let me know – Would you be inerested in how to REALLY start living healthier without going into extremes?

Best tofu/tempeh marinade

Hi people! Some of you asked me recently how do I make my marinade to tempeh and tofu… This is not that easy cause if you want to make it first of all you should get to know my favourite home made zuchini ketchup from @jadłonomia. I make it once a year when, in summer, when I have a lot of zuchini in the garden and it lasts me for the whole year!
So lets make the marinade!
You will need:
1 tbp of home made zuchini ketchup (but you can actually use any of your favourite ketchup made with good ingredients
1 tbs of soy sauce
1 tbs of apple cider vinegar
1 ts of smoked paprika
1 tbs of favourite herbs
Salt & pepper
Than cut your tempeh/tofu into small cubes and soak in the marinade for 6 hours/ leave for the night. Next day you can bake it in the oven, fry it or just eat stright! Enjoy!
