Okay, here you go, recipe for this bowl of goodness:
I EAT it literally every second day for a dessert.
You will need:
🔸1 frozen banana
🔸2 tbs of tahini
🔸handful of fresh/frozen spinach
🔸2 dates
🔸green powder
🔸1/2 avocado
🔸1/2 cup of liquid green tea/🔸matcha
🔸Spices like: cardamon, cinamon, tumeric, black pepper and ginger
🔸and favourite topings
