
Perfect as a vegan snack, sauce, additive to main meal or anything really ☀️
All you need is:
🔸1 can/cup of cooked chickpeas
🔸1 clove of garlic
🔸juice from 1/2 of a lemon
🔸3 dried tomatoes
🔸4 generous tbs of tahini
🔸cumin, salt, pepper, curcuma, provencal herbs
🔸3 tbs of nutritional yeast
Than Mix it all together with a little bit of olive oil or water in a food procesor.

You can add also avocado or cooked beetroot, sweet potato or pumpkin to make the hummus a little bit more fancy! Enjoy!
