Perfect breakfast for hot days!

I don’t know how about you, but I love the matching of eating oatmeal with smoothie on a side, not mixed together. I feel just like I would eat,ice cream in a waffle. If you haven’t tried that matching than you definitly need to! . There you have my favourite recipe for breakfast which I can eat litterly every day since warmer weather started!

Smoothie with oats, yum!

🔸1 cup of soaked oats 🔸1 banana and 2 dates or 2 bananas 🔸1 handful of spinach fresh/frozen 🔸1 tbs of tahini 🔸cinamon & cardamon 🔸2 tbs of cocoa 🔸vanilla protein powder 🔸favourite nuts and seeds on top (I recomend poppy seeds, sunflower, sesame, pumpkin seeds or almonds

Mix everything together in a food procesor (beyond OATMEAL) pour everyting in a bowl and enjoy!

PINKY BEETROOT & BERRY PUDDING ~

Yum yum yum!

150g of cottage cheese 1/2 cup of rasberries/srawberries 🍓 1 frozen banana🍌 1/2 huge beetroot/ 1 small 1/2 cup of kefir/ yoghut (for better texture) 🍶 cinnamon, cardamon

Mix it all together in a food procesor 🍥 Add favourite nuts and seeds on top!

First recipe on the blog! Omg! What could it be if not the smoothie bowl recipe!? Haha, love them!

Okay, here you go, recipe for this bowl of goodness:
I EAT it literally every second day for a dessert.

You will need:
🔸1 frozen banana
🔸2 tbs of tahini
🔸handful of fresh/frozen spinach
🔸2 dates
🔸green powder
🔸1/2 avocado
🔸1/2 cup of liquid green tea/🔸matcha
🔸Spices like: cardamon, cinamon, tumeric, black pepper and ginger
🔸and favourite topings

Mix it all together and enjoy!
