Today I have for you ubdated version of my favourite SMOOTHIE BOWL ~summer edition~ I promise that you will feel like summer is flowing inside you, while you will be eating that! Sooo goood! ☀️

🔸1 cup of soaked oats 🔸1 banana and 2 dates or 2 bananas 🔸handful of fresh mint 🔸1 handful of spinach fresh/frozen 🔸1 tbs of tahini 🔸cinamon & cardamon 🔸2 tbs of cocoa 🔸vanilla protein powder 🔸favourite nuts and seeds on top (I recomend poppy seeds, sunflower, sesame, pumpkin seeds or almonds . 🔸1/2 of fresh, ripe & sweet mango on top
Mix everything together in a food procesor (beyond OATMEAL, MANGO AND SEEDS) pour everyting in a bowl and enjoy!
